Keeping in mind the immense popularity of the Basanta Utsab at Shantiniketan we would like to present to the local people and especially the visiting tourists (for Basanta Utsab) a cultural event in the auditorium of Gitanjali. It will be a pleasant musical evening, a nice way to spend the next evening of Basanta Utsab at Shantiniketan. The elements are as following:
1.Inauguration by Secretary of WB Hoteliers’ Association
2.Baul songs by Lakkhan Das
3.A presentation of recitation, songs and instrumental by renowned artists Chaitali Dasgupta, Sujoy Prosad Chatterjee, Soumyajit Das and Sourendra Mallik.

Priya Entertainments Pvt Ltd is holding a friendly cricket match for the Bangla film industry. The objective is to strengthen the solidarity of various stakeholders of the industry viz. actors, directors, producers and technicians through the sporting spirit and present an exciting day & night cricket match with a generous dose of glamour to sports and cinema lovers at one of the favourite sporting venues of Kolkata.
The details of the match are as follows.
1.The two teams playing are Blues and Reds.
2.Tollywood stars like Jeet, Dev, Jishu, Tota, Raj Chakraborty, Amitava will be playing on either side.
3.It will be a 15-over match.
4.Other than those mentioned above, almost the entire industry will be present to cheer both the teams thereby adding to the glamour quotient that will attract huge crowd and ensure high TRP on television.
5.The match will be followed by a prize distribution ceremony and a cocktail dinner (for select invitees). |

Started from 14th Jan 2010 it was full of high dose of entertainments. Priya Entertainments participated in Cricket, Badminton and Football and faired well in the initial stages of the tournament. |

We dedicate this day’s programme to all the music lovers. The aim is to present them an enjoyable event with a touch of nostalgia. This year we have on offer Nayika Sangbad- A concept concert to debut in this event, celebrating the yesteryear’s divas of Bengali cinema. Shampa Kundu will sing the evergreen songs of the golden era. There will be well-researched readings about the perspective and the divas that will make it an event to remember.

Thakur Baarir Fashion- A fashion ensemble reflecting the style quotient of the famous Tagore family of Jorasanko of north Kolkata. This family, besides its literary acumen, is also historically well-known for leading the so-called fashion movement, especially women’s fashion. The event will intricately showcase and articulately narrate the fashion history of the eminent household. Co-ordinator for this show would be danseuse Rubena Chatterjee.

Chandrabindoo Live- In true synergy with the cultural texture of the other elements, we have chosen Chandrabindoo, because of a wit and a certain progressive Bengaliness so unique of them, to bid adieu to the year and end the event one day away from the clutter of new year eve events all over the city.
