1.An administrative/Convenience charge of Rs. 5.00 per Ticket (Rupees Five per Ticket) will be charged by the service provider.
2. Online payment transactions are carried out over HDFC Banks secure payment gateway.
3. Once online payment is successful against an online ticket booking, an acknowledgement (booking confirmation) will be displayed on the computer screen which the user should print.
4. Printout of this Acknowledgement (booking confirmation) must be produced at the respective theatre counter in order to procure ticket(s) against the booking made online. Priya Entertainments is not responsible if the tickets are not issued in case of the absence or Inability to produce this acknowledgement.
5. Tickets against online booking can be collected on the show date and from three(3) hours prior to till the show start timing.
6. It Is Mandatory at Priya cinema for the Credit / Debit Card Holder to be Present Along with the Card Used to Book Tickets.
7. Priya Cinema is not responsible if the Tickets are not issued in case of the absence or Inability to Produce the Credit / Debit Card Used for Booking.
8. Tickets have to be purchased for children 3 years and above.
9. Tickets once booked/purchased online cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
10. Outside eatables are not allowed inside the premises.
11. Ticket holders are required to abide by the policies laid down by the management of the respective theatres.
